RESEARCH PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER DIRECTORATE

Research, Project Development and Technology Transfer Directorate (RPDTTD) develops and administers strategic partnerships with external parties in the form of research and other projects and programs. The main goal of the directorate is to expand externally sponsored projects significantly.

Research, Project Development and Technology Transfer Directorate achieves this goal by developing a clear research and development strategy building long-term sustainable relations with corporate partners, funding bodies and government departments building a smooth interface between external parties and faculty to serve research and development strategy RPDTTD actively pursues collaboration and fund generation opportunities with corporations, national state agencies and European Commission and other international foundations and agencies. RPDTTD is the single research collaboration contact for corporations as well as other funding agency relations nationally and internationally. RPDTTD identifies promising new technologies and innovations, promotes expertise and innovations; provides support for academic/business collaborations; administers sponsored research and facilitates the transfer of research into commercial applications.
